Refund policy

At Kaavi Jewellerrs, we strive to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, a customer may need to return or exchange a product. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges or Returns.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges/Return are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All products will have a label, In case of an exchange or return authenticity or to improve the quality of the relationship with our customer.
  • Our team verify the product before any single delivery, if there is any return, please make a video without any cut or edit.
  • Each & Every jewellery is authentic, verified and hall-marked with KAAVI brands. 

2. Refunds:

  • Money refunds are processed in 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, following item pickup and verification. Refunded to UPI or bank account provided by you.
  • For both COD & Prepaid Orders ,  refunds to the customer's account. 
  • Refunded to original payment method for Prepaid orders.
  • If you refused a paid product at the time of delivery, we will issue store voucher/wallet as compensation. This credit can be used for future purchases at multiple times.

3. Points and Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping for the first return or exchange of a product. If you need to return or exchange a product multiple times, subsequent to and for shipping charges will be applied.
  • In case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping charges for returns and exchanges. But the product or it's label should not be damaged from your end.
  • If shipping pickup service is not available for your location, you will need to send the product back to us at your own responsibility.

4. Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team or chat with us, with all of your details within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • You can also return or exchange by clicking on button or link provide on the website.
  • Please note that the exchange and return process may take some time as we carefully assess the condition of the returned product. We appreciate your patience and cooperation throughout this process..

5. Exceptions

  • Sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless there was a manufacturing defect.
  • Bullion products, including silver bars and coins, are non-returnable due to market fluctuations.
  • If you decide to cancel a pre-paid order (Not Dispatched), we will process a refund after deducting 50%(From the Total Amount) order cancellation charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
